Happy National Lipstick Day! What Is Organic Lipstick?
Lip colors that are made with only natural and certified organic ingredients, natural color pigments (no FD&C artificial dyes or other synthetic dyes), and zero chemical preservatives. You should be able to easily read the label and recognize what is in each product. However, due to FDA guidelines companies are required to put the technical names of ingredients, so just because something looks scary doesn’t mean it actually is, as with anything it is best to do your research and get familiar.
